MMS handles linear scale diagnostics, ballscrew service, and spindle repair across Kellenberger, Jones & Shipman, USACH, Hardinge, Hauser, Palmary, Supertec, Okamoto, and many other grinders.
How we diagnose
Our process starts with key components: scale testing, backlash measurement, spindle runout checks, and signal verification. From there we perform targeted repairs — ballscrew replacement with backlash compensation, linear scale installation and calibration, bearing and seal replacement, and reader head alignment.
Whether it's a random scale alarm or workhead spindle runout, we bring the diagnostic tools and field experience to get your machine back to spec.
