Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: February 08, 2026
This page describes how You can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of Your Personal Information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Capitalized terms used in this page (such as "You", "Your", "We", "Us", "Our", "Company", "Service", "Personal Data", "Personal Information", and "Device") have the same meanings as defined in Our Privacy Policy. "Company" refers to Mathews Machinery Solutions LLC.
What We Share and Why
The Company does not sell Your Personal Information in the traditional sense — We do not disclose it to third parties in direct exchange for money.
However, Our Service uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tracking scripts. These services place Cookies and similar technologies on Your Device that collect online identifiers and browsing activity. Under the CCPA/CPRA, sharing data with these advertising and analytics providers may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of Personal Information, even though no money changes hands.
The categories of Personal Information that may be "sold" or "shared" in this way include:
- Identifiers — such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, device identifiers, and cookie identifiers
- Internet or other similar network activity — such as pages visited, time on site, and browsing behavior
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of the sale or sharing of Your Personal Information through any of the following methods:
1. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If Your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, We will treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information linked to that browser. You can enable GPC in supported browsers and extensions — learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.
2. Browser Cookie Settings
You can block or delete third-party Cookies through Your browser settings. This will prevent Google Analytics and Google Ads from collecting data about Your browsing activity on Our Service. See Your browser's support page for instructions:
- Google Chrome — Manage cookies
- Mozilla Firefox — Enhanced Tracking Protection
- Apple Safari — Manage cookies
- Microsoft Edge — Tracking prevention
3. Google's Opt-Out Tools
- Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent Google Analytics from collecting data
- Visit Google Ads Settings to manage ad personalization preferences
4. Industry Opt-Out Tools
- The Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out platform: www.networkadvertising.org/choices/

Important Notes
- Opt-out preferences are specific to the browser and Device You are using. If You use multiple browsers or Devices, You will need to opt out on each one.
- Blocking Cookies may affect the functionality of some websites, though Our Service will continue to function normally.
- We do not discriminate against You for exercising any of Your rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including by denying goods or services, charging different prices, or providing a different level of service.
- You may designate an authorized agent registered with the California Secretary of State to submit an opt-out request on Your behalf. We may require verification that the agent is authorized to act for You.
Additional Rights
In addition to opting out, California residents have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their Personal Information.
